The Wildgrain box was still cool when it arrived, but a few items felt much softer than usual and the dry ice was already gone. Nothing had leaked, so I am trying to understand whether the contents are still within the expected delivery condition. The arrival time, outside temperature, box condition, and which products were partly thawed seem more useful than describing the whole order. I also kept the packaging in case that matters.

Frozen-food deliveries are something I judge by arrival condition rather than the box alone. I’d note the delivery time, outdoor temperature, whether the package was still cool, which items were soft, and that nothing had leaked. Keeping the packaging nearby also gives me the label and shipment information if needed. I prefer to describe the products separately because one item can soften faster than another in the same box. Once those details are written down, I use Wildgrain customer service to ask whether the partly thawed items still arrived within the expected condition for safe storage.
