CQC Investigations can support your Service in response to the circumstances of each location, its track record, and its unique characteristics.
We can help you to gather feedback from various people, in relation to your Service, understanding the impact of the service on their lives and the outcomes they experience.
These are both considered important sources of evidence when answering the key questions set by the CQC. As much of the framework is based on personal judgement we will support you in interpreting the meaning and impact of conflicting evidence and feedback in the light of the totality of the evidence you gather and authoritative good practice guidance.
