  3. Select the window which have a network issue and select the database server manager.
  4. When you open the database server manager, you see two options. If you see the company file, select this and start the scan of company file, if you are not seen the company file browse the company file and select it and start the scan.

  6. After this, close the program, and open QuickBooks on the computer which have seen the error code H 202.
  7. You can go for the file and select the multi-user mode.

Method 2: Verify the services of QuickBooks

  2. Type the run 
  3. Press Enter on Service.MSC
  4. Click 2 times on the QuickBooksDBXX listing.

  6. Change your service status to on or running.

  8. Restart the services from this menu: First failure, Second failure, Subsequent failures.

  2. Follow this path for the server: C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\Etc.
  3. Click two times on the host file and select Notepad for the program. 
  4. Enter the new IP address of the server.
  5. By using the tab key, you can separate the name and IP address of the server.
